This is an informational meeting for 11th grade students and parents to discuss the senior year and details related to college admissions, The Senior Trip to DC, the senior thesis, curriculum choices, and expectations for our senior class.

Half Day Release day, school will release at 12:15
Students should dress in Athletic wear

$35 Per ticket.  Each family is entitled to 3 tickets, which includes the student.  
Dress code: Semi Formal 
Location: Orange Tree Golf Club - Ballroom

This is an open house event showcasing our arts.  
Gym: Art show showing current art students work
Courtyard: Student craft vendors -come buy a handmade item from a student.  
MPR: Poetry recitations, and drama 

Dress: Casual 
*This event is considered a mandatory event to attend for all students currently enrolled in either an art class, 6th grade drama class, or poetry class.

 
This event will host 5th grade students and families who are considering moving up to the Prep side next year. It will include important information regarding the Prep culture and academics.

All Performers must arrive at the Calvary Church by 6:00 PM Sharp.  See the dress code information supplied by your student's music teacher.

Parents dropping students off: Plan to arrive early for the next few weeks due to traffic backup.  This will taper as the year goes on.  Be sure to follow the directions for drop off depending upon whether you also have an Archway student or not, and please be respectful of our teachers and crossing guards who are directing traffic.

Juniors and seniors will need to arrive with their formal uniform: White dress shirt, school tie, black blazer.

  Students only (no guests) will be allowed to attend school functions unless otherwise specified prior to theevent. All school functions will be closed. No ‘in and out’ privileges. Entrances and exits will be monitored.Dress code regulations for each function will be outlined prior to the function and will be enforced. Vulgar,obscene, or profane language will not be tolerated. Respectful behavior will be expected:• All adults are treated with equal respect- DJ, chaperones, teachers, etc.• All fellow students will be treated with respect: no fighting, roughhousing, or bullying.• All attendees will be respectful of the facility and the grounds.Alcohol use or intoxication, tobacco, drug use (legal or illegal), and weapons are prohibited.All behavioral/social guidelines outlined in the handbook will be enforced as applicable. Chaperones/teachers may take actions they judge necessary to enforce these guidelines, up to and including removal of astudent from the event. Parents/guardians will be notified if student is denied entry or ejected forviolations. Misconduct at a school-sponsored social event can result in disciplinary sanctions at school.

 Athletic Practice and Outdoor Field Day Dress CodeBottoms:• Athletic shorts or pants may be worn.• Shorts must be loose fitting, no shorter than mid-thigh, and no longer than just below the knee.• Where applicable, some athletic teams will provide exceptions to this policy for their practices, e.g.standard spandex shorts for volleyball.Tops:• Tops must be loose fitting and either tucked in or well over the waist of the pants/shorts.Additional Guidelines:• Attire must be free of pop-culture, political messages, and/or inappropriate messages. Sports teamlogos (e.g., Diamondbacks, Notre Dame), and apparel brand names (e.g., Adidas, Nike) areacceptable.• Footwear should be athletic in nature: no sandals, open-toed, or platform shoes
