Entrances and exits will be monitored.Dress code regulations for each function will be outlined prior to the function and will be enforced. Vulgar,obscene, or profane language will not be tolerated. Respectful behavior will be expected:• All adults are treated with equal respect- DJ, chaperones, teachers, etc.• All fellow students will be treated with respect: no fighting, roughhousing, or bullying.• All attendees will be respectful of the facility and the grounds.Alcohol use or intoxication, tobacco, drug use (legal or illegal), and weapons are prohibited.All behavioral/social guidelines outlined in the handbook will be enforced as applicable. Chaperones/teachers may take actions they judge necessary to enforce these guidelines, up to and including removal of astudent from the event. Parents/guardians will be notified if student is denied entry or ejected forviolations. Misconduct at a school-sponsored social event can result in disciplinary sanctions at school.

Arrival time: 5 p.m. - Students must arrive dressed and with their recorders.  There will be a dress rehearsal from 5 p.m. – 6:15 p.m. 

       (Doors open at approximately 6:20 p.m.)

The Event is at a new venue: First United Methodist Church (off of Central and Missouri)

Location: First United Methodist Church of Phoenix (5510 North Central Avenue, Phoenix, 85012)

Concert Dress Code: Students must arrive dressed and ready, in accordance with the High School Concert Dress Code below.

Student drop-off window: 5:00-5:15pm   All students must be present, inside the building, no later than 5:15. Any student arriving after 5:15 will be considered late for grading purposes, and will receive a 10% deduction from their final exam grade.

Dress rehearsal: 5:15-6:40pm The dress rehearsal will take place in the concert venue immediately before the concert. Audience members may NOT be present for the rehearsal.

Doors Open for Audience: 6:40pm. Prior to 6:40 only performers and school staff are allowed inside.
